LoveAleta Soul*Symbols
When we set Good Intentions, we not only benefit our Life’s Journey, but we contribute to the beauty and peace in the journey of all other living things as well. Uniting together to release negative energy and allow room for new positive energy, begins the process that will transform our World.
When we believe in something bigger than ourselves, and we share energy with that source, miracles happen. Compassion, Freedom, Leadership; this describes the foundation of our mission. LoveAleta Soul Symbols are women and men that represent these principles: Spreading Compassion, living Free, and Leading others to live a Life in Harmony.
By sharing their practice, wisdom, love, support, and journey, Soul*Symbols shine light into the lives of their loved ones, their community, and the space around them.
Mindy from North Georgia Yoga Studio
" I started practicing Yoga a little over 17 years ago. It was a practice created by the need to learn how to breathe. It was a stressful time in my life. I was beginning to deal with my childhood issues as well as going through a divorce. Due to having General Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Complex PTSD, I found Yoga to be a path to calming my mind as well as my body and easing my overall anxious state. It was after making this connection in my daily practice that I began to think about taking a teacher training program. Initially my only thought was to be a better student, not a teacher. However, the more I grew in my own Yoga studies, the more certain I became that I am here to share the many great benefits I experience emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually from practicing Yoga. Yoga won’t take away the anxiety, the triggers or the pain. Yoga will help you to find a way to understand yourself better, be healthy, be more compassionate and feel and overall since of peacefulness. Personally, I eat, sleep and breathe Yoga. Every single day I am blessed to live the life I choose to live on my mat and off the mat. Each breath is a reminder: ' When you inhale, you are taking strength from God. When you exhale, it represents the service you are giving to the world.' -B.K.S. Iyengar "Mindy is kind, sweet, and very down to Earth.
We are proud to have Mindy as a LoveAleta Soul*Symbol.
